New channels: LinkedIn, X and now WhatsApp are live in LeadSignal
Today LeadSignal grows by two channels, with a third close behind. The LinkedIn module and the X (Twitter) DM pipe are live for every workspace right now, and WhatsApp is live too, as of today. Each one works the way everything in LeadSignal works: a real conversation starts on a social platform, LeadSignal captures it as a scored lead the second it lands, and nothing about your day changes except that the pipeline fills itself.

LinkedIn: the comment funnel comes to B2B
Picture an agency posting a teardown of how it cut a client's cost per booked call in half, ending with one line: comment PLAYBOOK and we will send you the full breakdown. Fifty comments later that post has produced fifty named, scored B2B leads — not fifty likes. The LinkedIn module brings the comment-to-lead funnel to your Company Page, built entirely on LinkedIn's official APIs.
Here is the whole motion. You publish a post on your Company Page with a simple call to action: comment DEMO and we will send you the link. LeadSignal reads the new comments on your page's posts every few minutes. Every commenter becomes a lead in your workspace under the name and profile they commented with, scored and placed in Signal Priority like any other conversation. And when a comment contains your keyword, your page replies publicly with a tracked link, usually within minutes, while the commenter is still on the platform.
That public reply matters more on LinkedIn than anywhere else. A comment thread under a company post is visible to every connection of every commenter, so each reply your page sends is a small piece of social proof: someone asked, the company answered, here is the link. The click is tracked back to the exact post that produced it, the landing page captures the email, and from there the conversation continues over email with AI-written follow-ups in your voice.

The module also brings Lead Gen Forms sync. If you run LinkedIn lead forms on ads or events, every submission lands in LeadSignal automatically with the contact details the person actually filled in: name, work email, phone. No CSV exports, no copy-paste, no forgetting to check the forms tab for a week. Form leads arrive scored and ready to work, alongside everything else.
And because a LinkedIn conversation continues away from LinkedIn, the module includes LeadSignal's AI email flows on any plan. A comment lead who clicks and leaves an email gets an intelligent, personal follow-up sequence, and stops getting it the moment they reply or book. A.I Outreach, our researched cold-email engine for imported prospect lists, is part of the module too.
The LinkedIn module is included with Enterprise and available on any other plan for £75 a month ($99 USD, €87 EUR) — you are billed in your own currency. Connecting takes two clicks: sign in with the LinkedIn account that administers your Company Page, choose the page, set your keyword and link. See how the channel works end to end.
X: your DMs become a pipeline
The X DM pipe connects your X account so that inbound direct messages become scored leads, running through exactly the same machinery as your Instagram DMs: keyword capture with instant link delivery, junk screening so crypto spam never reaches a setter, AI scoring the moment each message lands, and Copilot or Autopilot replies in your voice.
X has one property that makes it unusually good for lead work: there is no messaging window. Once someone has messaged you, the conversation stays open. A lead who went quiet in March can be picked back up in August without a workaround, which makes X the most forgiving channel in the stack for long sales cycles.
Replies go out directly through X from your own account. Nothing sits between you and the conversation, and your keywords work in X DMs exactly the way they do everywhere else. The X pipe is available on every paid plan for £75 a month ($99 USD, €87 EUR), which covers the per-message API fees X charges on inbound messages.
WhatsApp: live now
The same treatment now covers the channel your highest-intent leads already prefer — the WhatsApp channel went live on 13 August. The WhatsApp integration gives your business a dedicated WhatsApp number inside LeadSignal: inbound messages become scored leads, keyword capture and AI replies work the same way they do on every other channel, and the AI books the call inside the thread.

Two things make the WhatsApp launch special. First, it is completely white-glove: we register your business, set up the number and hand it to you working, because WhatsApp's business onboarding is not something anyone should do for fun. Second, WhatsApp conversations convert. A lead who moves to WhatsApp has given you the same channel their family uses, and reply rates behave accordingly.

WhatsApp is £75 a month including 1,000 conversations, charged in your own currency like every other plan and add-on. Add it from the Integrations page in your dashboard — the wizard walks you through claiming your number, and we register it with Meta for you.
One pipeline, more doors into it
None of these channels adds a new tool to learn. They are doors into the same room. A LinkedIn commenter, an X DM and a WhatsApp message all become the same thing inside LeadSignal: a scored lead in Signal Priority with a full conversation history, attribution back to the post or ad that started it, and a booking that marks itself when the call goes in the calendar. How much the AI does is your dial: in draft mode every reply is written for a setter to approve, and in full Autopilot replies send by themselves around the clock, on the channels and lead tiers you choose, because the lead picked the moment rather than your office hours. Autopilot stands down the instant a human joins the conversation.
That is the quiet advantage of running lead capture as one system instead of five. Every channel you add compounds the others: the email captured from a LinkedIn comment feeds the nurture that mentions your offer, the attribution report shows which platform actually produces booked calls rather than likes, and your team works one queue instead of checking four inboxes.
